No, however we do offer ground floor homes and homes on
the second floor with direct access.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted quickly and easily
through the Resident Portal. For urgent issues, you can also contact our office
directly. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
How do I contact maintenance in an emergency?
Call our office and you will be connected to our
after-hours system. After choosing the option for emergency maintenance leave a
detailed message and it will be sent to our on-call maintenance technician who
will get back to you promptly.
What’s the typical turnaround for maintenance?
Most non-emergency maintenance requests are completed
within 1-2 business days. Our on-site maintenance team works hard to respond to
requests as quickly as possible.

Are there any pet breed?
Breed restrictions are Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit

Pet fee is $400 per pet (25lbs & under) & $500
per pet (26lbs-75lbs). Pet rent is $25 per pet/per month.
